We have several open PTO positions for the 2018 to 2019 school year and also need volunteers for upcoming events and activities.

Open 2018 to 2019 PTO positions
Please consider joining us -- these positions are flexible and we can work around your interests and availability.
Fundraising Co-Chair: Work with co-chair to identify and execute four to five fundraisers throughout the year including catalogue sales, family portrait sittings and the Rogers Gala
School Store Manager: Manage the school uniform store, which is typically open one day a week in addition to during special events. Work with the current manager for the first few months to learn the process
Green Team: Work with school administration and teachers to develop curriculum using the unique green features of our school. Maintain and grow programs such as the birdhouse monitoring project, purple Martin conservation, and the nature trail and classroom.
Other Volunteer Positions
Fall Gala Committee: Our annual gala -- one of our biggest fundraisers -- is back. We've got a location and a date (Nov. 30) and are ready to jump into high gear. We are looking for volunteers to plan, organize and bedazzle us with your creativity and enthusiasm! We need people to help with raffle baskets, solicit silent-auction donations, party planning and more!
Lower-School Room Parents: We need one or two people for each class to help teachers organize and plan events and help communicate with families. If you are interested, please email Dr. Juenara Washington at or log into MySchoolAnywhere to sign up.
Upper-School Grade Coordinators: Each grade has a coordinator who facilitates communication between teachers and families.
