  • President (Jill @ ) - Responsible for ensuring dates and topics for all General PTO Meetings. Prepare agenda for and lead monthly board meetings. Serve as point person for inquiries. Act as liason with school administration. Maintain PTO calendar, making sure events don’t overlap etc. - Like to know what’s going on at school? Want to bring fresh ideas to the table? Then President is the role for you. Does require the ability to spend some time on PTO matters nearly every week and to respond to issues/questions quickly.

  • Secretary (Kara @ ) - Maintain email list for all PTO board members. Manage Evite and take notes at all board meetings and distribute. - Ability to attend most board meetings (usually alternates b/w 8AM or 7PM at Rogers) is essential.

  • Co Chair Fundraising (Maria @ ) - Work with other co-chair to identify and execute 2 major and 2 minor fundraisers throughout the year. Examples: catalogue (eg Believe or Mixed Bag) , the Rogers Gala, family portrait sittings, & Restaurant nights. - Do you excel at identifying good ways to make money? Can you recruit a few friends to help with project execution? Then this is for you! It does not require your time every week. You will be busy for a week or two at the beginning of school to identify and plan activities and then again during the execution of the fundraisers. If you chose to hold The Gala in 2019/20, it will be a lot of work (for a big benefit!) so it’s important to recruit event chairs.

No experience necessary - Amount of time is completely up to you. Ideas and opportunities are endless.

  • Yearbook editors (2) (Jill @ or Melissa @ - Manage the creation of 2 yearbooks (LS, US) via online publisher. Ensure there are enough photos of events, sports, candids etc. by taking them yourself or identifying others who will. Design yearbooks and distribute. - Like creating Shutterfly photobooks? Going into school to photograph kids? This is for you. Requires time throughout the year and especially from April – June.
