Dear Parents and Guardians,
With your help, the Rogers PTO will be raising funds to help support RIS students.
Each K-8 class is responsible for providing either monetary donations or specific item donations (see page 3) to make themed baskets for the raffle at the Winter Wonderland Gala Fundraiser that will take place at the Knights of Columbus in Stamford, on November 30th.
We recommend that parents of lower school students contribute items for their grade level basket (please include receipt in case we receive duplicate items), but monetary donations will also be accepted.
For parents of upper school students, we are requesting monetary donations only so we may purchase the high value basket item(s).
Please send back this form with your child’s name, grade and homeroom number.
Get free raffle tickets for your donations!
A donation of $20 or more will get you 1 FREE raffle ticket, good for any of lower school raffle baskets.
$50 or more to will get you to 3 FREE raffle tickets, good for any of lower school raffle baskets.
$100 or more will get you 7 FREE tickets, good for any of lower school raffle baskets.
These tickets will be distributed to you on or before Oct.18th, when the baskets go on display.
